Tuesday – Swiss steak with gravy, parslied potatoes, squash, cornbread, apricots.
Wednesday – Cornflake chicken, baked beans, spinach, peaches, wheat bread, butterscotch majestic square.
Thursday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, brussels sprouts, fiesta-blend vegetables, breadstick, mandarin oranges.
Friday – Fish patty with tartar sauce, chuck wagon-blend vegetables, green beans, bun, plums.
