Monday – Lasagna, fiesta-blend vegetables, tomatoes and zucchini, wheat bread, angel food cake with chef’s choice of fruit.
Tuesday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, French-style green beans, beets, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday – Macaroni and cheese, chuckwagon-blend vegetables, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, peaches.
Thursday – Beef stroganoff with pasta, French-blend vegetables, squash, cornbread, apple brown betty.
Friday – Chicken fettucine alfredo, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, cauliflower, rye bread, pineapple tidbits.
