OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Tamra R. Donahoo – 39, Rathdrum, nonsupport/abandonment of children, $100,000 bond.

Jennifer L. Fuson – 32, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, forgery, $500,000 bond.

Debra D. Leblanc, aka Dueball – 36, Spokane, felony insufficient funds check fraud (four counts), misdemeanor insufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

Tina M. Pearson – 37, Bayview, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, $30,000 bond.

Julieann E. Woolbright – 19, Kamiah, grand theft, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Gail G. Bishop – 57, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $1,000 bond.

June N. Cummings – 40, Deary, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Christy K. Hawks – 32, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Olivia A. Hedrick – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (excessive), five days in jail.

Meribeth Horine – 52, Sandpoint, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, two days in jail.

April A. Inlow – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/frequenting a place where alcohol/drugs used, $1,000 bond.

Bonnie M. Johnston – 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Sunny A. Martin – 39, Hayden, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Dawn M. Martinez – 41, Hayden, invalid driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Kelley L. Mersman – 21, Coeur d’Alene, littering, $100 bond.

Sara L. Moore – 28, Kellogg, failure to appear/petty theft, two days in jail.

Kristen A. Norton – 28, Post Falls, petty theft, $5,000 bond.

Deeann Smalley – 31, Rathdrum, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Christi A. Valenti – 23, Post Falls, eluding, driving while suspended, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, providing false information to law enforcement, driving while suspended, $1,500 bond, seven days in jail.
