Grapes with Sour Cream

Even when you’re pressed for time, you can make this easy treat.

PREP: 10 minutes

MAKES: 4 servings

2 cups seedless grapes

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon brown sugar

In small bowl, gently stir grapes, sour cream and brown sugar until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

• Each serving: About 100 calories, 1 g protein, 18 g carbohydrate, 3 g total fat (2 g saturated), 6 mg cholesterol, 11 mg sodium.
