2005 Valleyfest schedule

Friday

7 p.m.: Valleyfest “Hearts of Gold” parade

8:30: “Napoleon Dynamite” on the outdoor screen in Mirabeau Point Park

Saturday

9 a.m.: Valleyfest Fun Run

9-11: Pancake breakfast

10 a.m.-6 p.m.: Throughout Mirabeau Point Park – children’s activity booths, live entertainment, a classic car show, a wine tour and Valley YMCA open house.

10 a.m. until the fish are gone: Trout fishing for those 14 and under. No fishing license required. The poles and bait will be provided.

Noon-7 p.m.: CenterPlace ribbon cutting and grand opening

1:30: LaRae Wiley, on CenterPlace stage, original Native American influenced acoustic folk rock

2:15: LaRae Wiley, Mirabeau Meadow stage

5:30-7:30: Geoffrey Castle Band, Mirabeau Meadow stage, electric violin driven Celtic rock and reggae, featuring Roger Fisher and Mike Derosier, original members of the rock band Heart.

7:30: “Shrek 2” on the outdoor screen in Mirabeau Point Park

Sunday

9 a.m.: Trailfest – ride, bike or skate
