For the week of Sept. 26-30

Monday – Veal cutlet with mushroom sauce, roasted red potatoes, green beans almondine, plums, dinner roll.

Tuesday – Pork roast with gravy, au gratin potatoes, Oregon-blend vegetables, rye bread, chef’s fruit cup.

Wednesday – Beef stew with vegetables, broccoli, spiced pears, wheat bread, sugar cookie.

Thursday – Chicken pot pie over biscuit, corn, winter-blend vegetables, apricots.

Friday – Hungarian goulash with sour cream, carrots, peas, applesauce, bread stick, brownie.
