Muscular Dystrophy Association Summer Camp 2006 – Volunteers are needed to serve as camp counselors, medical staff, water safety instructors and activity coordinators. Camp is at Camp Twinlow in Rathdrum, Idaho, from July 8-15. Must be at least 16 years old. Call the MDA at 325-3747 or visit the agency at 101 W. Indiana Ave.

Spokane Valley Meals on Wheels – Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to the elderly and disabled in Spokane Valley. Call Jayne Seaboldt at 924-6976.

Spokane Tax-Aide – Volunteers are needed to prepare tax returns for low income families and individuals. Call Leigh Hales at 536-0573.

Spokane County Juvenile Court – Volunteers are needed for the Mentoring Program. Provide a positive role model for offenders, offer friendship, support and encouragement. Call Susan Cairy at 477-2469.

Musicfest Northwest – Volunteers are needed to organize and conduct this festival to be held in May. Duties may include data entry, filing, bulk mailing and delivering bulletins. Call Sally Dotson at 448-8726.
