OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Ashley J. Dadey – 19, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft (three counts), $50,000 bond.

Michael M. Graupman – 23, Rathdrum, possession of methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Shane W. Lester – 20, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Wallace B. Stoolfire – 32, Deary, lewd conduct with minor under age 16, $100,000 bond.

Steven E. Vasquez – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/grand theft (three counts), $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Richard E. Bell – 42, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 10 days in jail.

Lisa M. Carder – 29, Dalton Gardens, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Joseph W. Cooper – 23, Rathdrum, failure to appear/telephone harassment, $3,000 bond.

Jesse R. Hines – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license (two counts), carrying a concealed weapon without a permit (two counts), $2,500 bond, 150 days in jail.

Timothy W. Light – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), driving under the influence, $21,000 bond.

Steven J. Parson – 38, Moscow, failure to appear/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, $3,300 bond.

Virginia M. Phelps – 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/child’s hearing, $1,000 bond.

Judy M. Rand – 46, Hauser Lake, failure to appear/battery, $2,000 bond.

Keith K. Sande – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, two days in jail.

Ramona R. Sharp – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

William C. Sizemore – 52, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/petty theft, $5,000 bond.

Justin L. Stanley – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

Andrew K. Trautvetter – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, (four counts), driving while suspended (two counts), possession of marijuana (three counts), possession of paraphernalia, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $8,000 bond, 15 days in jail.

David J. Utterstrom – 22, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $5,000 bond.

Benjamin K. Williams – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $3,000 bond.
