For the week of Aug. 21-25
Monday – Cornflake chicken, baked potato with sour cream, peas with pearl onions, breadstick, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.
Tuesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, winter-blend vegetables, zucchini, wheat bread, tropical fruit cup.
Wednesday – Hungarian goulash with sour cream, Brussels sprouts, carrots, dinner roll, fruit cocktail.
Thursday – Creamed turkey with peas and carrots over biscuits, Oregon-blend vegetables, Harvard beets, peaches.
Friday – Tuna salad on a bun, carrot raisin salad, potato salad, pineapple tidbits, oatmeal raisin cookie.
