Monday – Italian-style veal with ziti, tossed salad with dressing, Scandinavian- blend vegetables, garlic breadstick, apricots.
Tuesday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, parslied cauliflower, oriental style vegetables, dinner roll, seasonal fruit cup.
Wednesday – Baked ham with cherry sauce, scalloped potatoes, French-style green beans, wheat bread, blushing pears.
Thursday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, winter-blend vegetables, breadstick, tapioca pudding with mandarin oranges.
Friday – Sweet and sour chicken over rice, California-blend vegetables, peas, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
