Program facts incorrect

Mortgage assistance for the Community Frameworks housing program is based on a sliding scale that takes into account factors such as family size and income. The formula was misstated in a story Friday because of a reporter’s error. Also, eight Spokane families are moving into new homes through the program. The number, although correct in the story, was incorrect in a sub-headline, because of a copy editor’s error.
