Sonics rally, knock off Warriors
Ray Allen scored 32 points and Rashard Lewis added 26, leading the Seattle SuperSonics to a 111-107 comeback victory over the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night in Seattle.
The Warriors shot only 2 for 21 in the third quarter – getting baskets by Derek Fisher and Baron Davis – and Golden State had a season-low nine points in the period to fall behind 85-71. The Sonics had runs of 12-0 and 10-0 in the quarter.
Allen put the Sonics ahead to stay at 64-63 with a driving layup with 4:11 gone in the second half. The Sonics led by as many as 15 in the third period.
Davis led the Warriors with a season-high 35 points.

Jazz 103, Nuggets 90: At Salt Lake City, Andrei Kirilenko had 21 points, five blocks and five assists as Utah knocked off Denver.
Rockets 86, Bucks 84: At Houston, Tracy McGrady scored 22 points and Yao Ming chipped in with 21 as Houston beat Milwaukee.
Off the court
SuperSonics principal owner Howard Schultz said he’ll look at all the options – including moving or selling the team – if the state Legislature fails to earmark $200 million for the Sonics to refurbish KeyArena or build a new home.
Schultz, who talked to reporters before the Sonics’ game with the Golden State Warriors, said he’s told team president Wally Walker to look at all the alternatives.
Eric Govan, the public relations manager for the Warriors, was fired for inadvertently sending out a racially insensitive e-mail titled “Ghetto Prom” to the team’s entire media distribution list.
Philadelphia traded center Steven Hunter to the Hornets for two second-round draft picks.
Forwards Andrew Bogut of Milwaukee and Dwight Howard of Orlando led a list of 19 players selected for the Rookie Challenge in Houston as part of the All-Star weekend.
