The Spokane City Council on Monday voted to order the paving of two alleys on the North Side. The projects are being financed through local improvement districts of the adjacent properties.

One of the alleys is between Olympic and Wabash avenues. It runs from Lidgerwood to Addison streets. Paving and engineering costs there are $81,600.

The other alley is between North and Sanson avenues. It runs from Cincinnati to Nevada streets. Cost of that project is set at $86,600.

The council also voted to give up public right of way for Granite Street from North Crescent Avenue to Montgomery Avenue.
