Shock signs EWU’s Vijil

The Spokane Shock arenafootball2 team expanded its roster to 30 with the addition of three players, including former Eastern Washington University receiver Raul Vijil.

Vijil, 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds, participated in the team’s open tryout last week and impressed coach Chris Siegfried.

Vijil had 72 receptions for 1,280 yards and eight touchdowns during his senior season with the Eagles in 2005.

The Shock also signed defensive back Antomius Wise and fullback/linebacker Levi Madarieta.
