Sacred Heart proposes skybridge

A public hearing is scheduled for next Thursday on a proposal by Sacred Heart Medical Center to build a skybridge walkway over McClellan Street near Seventh Avenue.

The hearing will be held at 9 a.m. in the lower-level briefing center at City Hall.

Sacred Heart has filed an application for an air rights permit. The skywalk would connect a new parking garage being built on the west side of McClellan Street with the hospital’s west wing, which is on the east side of McClellan.
