For the week of Jan. 9-13
Monday – Hungarian goulash with sour cream, French-blend vegetables, parslied cauliflower, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
Tuesday – Sweet and sour pork over rice, spinach, carrots, breadstick, berry cobbler.
Wednesday – Beef stew, Oregon-blend vegetables, dinner roll, apricots, brownie.
Thursday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon-blend vegetables, wheat bread, spiced pears.
Friday – Turkey a la king with rice, California-blend vegetables, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, peaches.
