For the week of Jan. 16-20
Monday – Pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, cheesy potatoes, green beans almondine, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
Tuesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, broccoli, breadstick, Mandarin oranges.
Wednesday – Cornflake chicken, parslied potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.
Thursday – Swedish meatballs with gravy over pasta, carrots, cauliflower, wheat bread, plums.
Friday – Fish patty with tartar sauce, Scandinavian-blend vegetables, green and yellow beans, bun, tropical fruit salad.
