OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. If you have information, please contact the Sheriff’s Department at (208) 446-1300.

Felonies

Ronald R. Lowe – 40, Auburn, Wash., failure to appear/grand theft (two counts), burglary, $25,000 bond.

George C. Martin – 54, Tacoma, probation violation/domestic battery, $25,000.

Keith D. Renner – 25, Post Falls, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Annie I. Wilson – 25, Desmet, insufficient funds check fraud (six counts), $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Samantha A. Atkins – 33, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation/violation of a protection order, $20,000 bond.

Douglas C. Buck – 30, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $1,000 bond.

John R. Chavez – 33, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, 10 days in jail.

Glen I. Colwes – 23, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Robert S. Clark – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used, two days in jail.

Scott D. Frantz – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/violation of no contact order, $2,000 bond.

Sonia J. Hernandez – 29, Post Falls, misdemeanor probation violation/possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Todd R. Nelson – 26, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 10 days in jail.

Jessie L. Ragan – 33, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Robert W. Valoff – 38, Kellogg, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.
