Felonies

Nicole L. Hutchinson – 22, Ada, Okla., parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $40,000 bond.

David H. McElhaney – 54, Knoxville, Tenn., grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Mairia M. Wright – 19, Ontario, Ore., failure to appear/burglary, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Peter D. McLean – 45, Moses Lake, failure to appear/violation of a no-contact order, $427 bond.
