St. George’s art display
A variety of handmade prints by students at St. George’s School will be displayed in the Upper School Art Gallery, 2929 W. Waikiki Road, through Jan. 31.
The high school students worked under the direction of visiting print artist John Thompson.
The images on display will include intaglio, dry point, chine colle, collagraph and hand-colored prints.
A slide show on the school’s Web site (www.sgs.org) shows Thompson and art teacher Judi Morgan guiding the students through the process of creating an etching.
