Monday – Chicken with wild-rice casserole, fiesta-blend vegetables, French style green beans, breadstick, peaches.
Tuesday – Meatloaf with gravy, au gratin potatoes, squash, wheat bread, blushing pears.
Wednesday – Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, French-blend vegetables, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.
Thursday – Lasagna, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, Italian-blend vegetables, garlic breadstick, apricots.
Friday – Barbecue chicken, baked beans, roasted red potatoes, cornbread, baked apple slices.
