Man pleads not guilty in beheading
CALDWELL, Idaho – Alofa Time, who is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of his estranged wife, who was beheaded, has pleaded not guilty.
Appearing before 3rd District Judge Renae Hoff on Thursday, Time wore a red prison jumpsuit and handcuffs.
Canyon County prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty in the June 15 slaying of Theresa Time in Nampa. Alofa Time’s trial is scheduled to begin Oct. 23.
