Korean choir will perform

The New Heaven Church of the Assemblies of God, 2910 W. Beacon Ave., is hosting the Levite Choir of Seoul, South Korea, Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. There also will be a Sunday concert at 11:30 a.m.

The concert will feature a children’s choir and violin soloist Hee Chan Cang.

Outdoor concert

Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 8441 N. Indian Trail Road, is presenting its second summer concert in the church yard Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The concert will feature the Dixie Dandies, led by trombonist-vocalist Bruce Davis.

A discussion during the intermission will focus on memory-loss diseases.

Audience members are asked to bring a blanket or a chair and any desired snacks.

Guest pastor

Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 1926 W. Chelan Ave., is presenting the Rev. Skip Baker-Smith on Sunday during its 9:30 a.m. service.

Baker-Smith has served in Washington and Oregon and has done missionary work for Habitat for Humanity in Americus, Ga., and at Campbell Farm near Yakima.
