Secret Witness is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of two people wanted for the shooting of a Spokane man.

Ivan Abramtchouk, 21, and Yelena V. Peregudova, 17, are wanted on warrants for attempted first-degree murder, said Spokane County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Dave Reagan. The charges stem from the shooting of a 23-year old man at 8909 N. Colton on April 9.

Abramtchouk last told police he lived at 8911 E. Vista Park Drive in Northwood, Reagan said. Abramtchouk is described as 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Abramtchouk is considered armed and dangerous, Reagan said.

Peregudova’s last known address was 1614 W. Augusta in Spokane, Reagan said. She is described as 5-foot-3 and 125 pounds. She has blond hair and brown eyes.

Bail has been set at $500,000 for each, Reagan said.

The couple may be driving a light gray 1991 Toyota van. It has distinctive primer gray paint on the passenger side and California license plates NZM033.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call (509) 327-5111. Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect the reward but should use a code name or number.
