Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kevin R. Kinsey – 33, Hauser Lake, Idaho, failure to appear/grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Samuel E. Michael Jr. – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, accessory to a felony, $30,000 bond.

Stephanie J. Root – 26, Dalton Gardens, Idaho, burglary, petty theft, $10,000 bond.

Eric F. Simmons – 35, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, $25,000 bond.

Chad E. Tipton – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/burglary, aggravated battery, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Colin M. Bean, a k a Collin M. Bean – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of tobacco, 10 days in jail.

Kaitlin A. Christenson – 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court, $500 bond.

Sean M. Driscoll – 18, Sagle, Idaho, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, five days in jail.

Spencer L. Foote – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), $2,000 bond.

Timothy A. McDrummond – 19, Hayden, Idaho, failure to appear/petty theft, two days in jail.

Jeffrey B. Mitchell-Rojas – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, two days in jail.

Joshua R. Moseley – 21, Coeur d’Alene, petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Kasey N. Oreilly – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $3,000 bond.

Clifford D. Phelps – 22, Sagle, Idaho, failure to appear/telephone harassment, $5,000 bond.

Devon W. Thiele – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/petty theft, $10,000 bond.

Kevin R. Wenzel – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, resisting/obstructing officers, 39 days in jail.
