3 p.m. Wednesday, Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, 404 N. Havana St. Commissioners will be on hand for dedication of fairgrounds renovations.

Growth Management Steering Committee of Elected Officials

1 p.m. Wednesday, second floor board room, Spokane Transit Authority, 1230 W. Boone Ave. Agenda includes discussion about impact fees.

Spokane Valley City Council

6 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall, 11707 E. Sprague Ave. Regular meeting will include a vote on changes to requirements for working in city right of way and a report on possible changes to the sign code.
