One shot wins $300,000 home!

There are a lot of ways to get a home of your own. You can save your money until you can get the home you want, build it yourself, inherit the place from your parents, etc.

And here is another one! You can do it with a single swing of a golf club.

That’s right. Landmark Builders and JLS Custom homes have announced a West Terrace Home Giveaway and if you as a buyer are able to sink that hole-in-one, you will have won a home valued at up to $300,000.

The REALTOR® for the agent will still get the commission on the home.

Here’s how it works. Ten names will be drawn from the registrants for a chance to hit a hole-in-one on Saturday, July 8 at the conclusion of that day’s competition in the 47th Annual Lilac Golf Tournament at Fairways Golf Course.

Contestants may sign up at one of the open houses or by showing one of the model homes at West Terrace clubhouse or by attending any open house event at the West Terrace Subdivision held every Sunday at 9917 E. January Drive from noon-3 p.m. before the weekend of the event.

Oh yes, no practice shots will be permitted.
