Suspect wanted on 10 warrants
Secret Witness is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Daniel Frank Humphrey.
The 31-year-old has 10 arrest warrants, said Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Dave Reagan. The warrants include possession of drugs with intent to deliver, attempting to elude a police vehicle and first-degree driving while license suspended.
Humphrey is described as white, 5-foot-11 and 220 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. His last known address was in the 1100 block of North Bowdish in Spokane Valley, Reagan said.
Anyone with information about Humphrey’s whereabouts is asked to call (509) 327-5111. Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect the cash but should give a code name or number.

Secret Witness is offering a reward for information that leads to 39-year-old Kevin Kelly Stonecipher’s arrest.
Stonecipher is wanted for escape and a drug charge, said Spokane police spokesman Cpl. Tom Lee. Stonecipher also has an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Stonecipher is described as white, 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a convicted felon who also uses the name Kory Stonecipher, Lee said.

Shots from outside kill man in house
A 22-year-old man was shot and killed inside his father’s house in the White Center area south of the city Saturday morning, the King County Sheriff’s Office said.
Detectives said multiple shots were fired from outside the home, and the weapon was likely a handgun.
The victim either lived in the home or was staying with his father, who called 911 just after 8:20 a.m. Authorities did not have a motive or any suspects on Saturday evening and did not release the victim’s name.
