Sister’s Closet helps women enter workplace
Name of program: Our Sister’s Closet
What it does: Provides professional clothing and personal hygiene products to women who are entering or re-entering the job market and are in need of appropriate clothing for job interviews and new job opportunities.
The service is free. However, clients must provide proof of income to prove need. They also must be looking for work or already employed.

Typical client: Single mothers transitioning out of jail or domestic violence situations. The agency helps about 300 women a month.
