GIFTS
The North Idaho College chapter of Business Professionals of America recently collected used cell phones to raise funds for Special Olympics. The group, along with Idaho State University, raised $1,633.
The Gonzaga University College of Nursing has received a $25,000 gift from the Providence family of ministries. The funds were in memory of Rev. Patrick Ford and will help support the needs of the nursing program’s Learning Resources Lab.
Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation in Federal Way, Wash., has granted $20,000 to the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Education Foundation. The grant will be used to fund a position in the leadership program.
