Diamondbacks 6, Cubs 0: At Phoenix, Chad Tracy homered for the third straight game, Damion Easley drove in three runs and Arizona defeated Chicago for its fifth straight win.

Astros 4, Cardinals 3: At Houston, Lance Berkman hit a two-run homer and Willy Taveras had a go-ahead RBI single to lead Houston past St. Louis.

Reds 7, Rockies 1: At Denver, Adam Dunn and Jason LaRue homered and Aaron Harang (5-1) won for the fifth straight time as Cincinnati beat Colorado.

Mets 6, Pirates 0: At New York, Tom Glavine baffled Pittsburgh with off-speed pitches and Xavier Nady hit a three-run homer to lead New York to a win.

Phillies 6, Braves 3: At Philadelphia, Ryan Howard had a solo homer and two sacrifice flies to help Philadelphia beat Atlanta for its fifth straight win.

Marlins 11, Nationals 3: At Washington, Miguel Cabrera went 3 for 3 with five RBIs as Florida handed Washington its 10th loss in 12 games.

Brewers 7, Giants 4: At Milwaukee, Carlos Lee and Geoff Jenkins homered, Prince Fielder knocked catcher Todd Greene out of the game in a home-plate collision, and Milwaukee beat San Francisco, playing without Barry Bonds.
