For the week of May 8-12
Monday – Riblets, corn, zucchini and tomatoes, breadstick, seasonal fruit cup.
Tuesday – Cornflake chicken, rice pilaf, French-blend vegetables, pineapple tidbits, wheat bread, tapioca pudding.
Wednesday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, winter-blend vegetables, dinner roll, baked apple slices.
Thursday – Swedish meatballs over pasta, Brussels sprouts, carrots, breadstick, fruit cocktail.
Friday – Turkey divan with rice, broccoli, Oregon-blend vegetables, wheat bread, plums.
