Reward offered for fugitive

Secret Witness is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a convicted robber and sex offender who escaped from community custody.

Lonlee Allen Markland, 33, is wanted by the Washington Department of Corrections, said Spokane police spokesman Cpl. Tom Lee. Markland is described as 5-foot-7, 140 pounds with brown hair and gray eyes.

He is also a level 3 sex offender who is wanted for failing to register his address, Lee said.

Anyone with information is asked to call (509) 327-5111. Tipsters do not have to leave their name to collect the reward but should use a code name or number.
