Somebody Needs You helps match donors with needy Spokane residents. Requests are coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with social service agencies in Spokane.
If you have an item to donate, please contact the agency listed below. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated.
•Hope House, a shelter for women, needs a washing machine. Contact Lisa at Volunteers of America, 624-2378.
•Low-income family needs a bunk bed with mattresses. Contact Kira at ECEAP, 228-4287.
•Homeless family in transition needs a stackable washer and dryer. Contact Kira at ECEAP, 228-4283.
•Low-income single mother with one child needs toddler bed with mattress, kitchen table with chairs, coffee table, dresser and lamps. Contact Daphne at Transitional Living Center, (866) 445-0957, ext. 12386.
•Low-income family needs dressers, lamps, end tables, twin bed, queen bed, child’s desk, sofa, chair or loveseat. Contact Sister Patty at Interfaith Hospitality Network, 747-5487.
