» If you didn't manage to get enough ski equipment during the Mount Spokane Ski Patrol ski swap last weekend, take heart. You have a second chance. The Fitness Fanatics will host a cross country ski swap today and Sunday at 12425 E. Trent Ave.

» Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free, so drop by and see if a pair of skis is calling your name.

» If you find yourself hankering for an adorable craft item, check out one of three craft sales going on this weekend. Remember, it's never too early to do some Christmas shopping. And we won't tell if you find a little something you can't live without.

The West Valley High School Band and Auxiliary and raising money with a craft sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Centennial Middle School, 915 N. Ella Road. The Spokane Valley Senior Center will host its sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at CenterPlace, 2426 N. Discovery Place. And the Central Valley High School Band Boosters are having a sale that runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Sunday at the school, located at 821 S. Sullivan Road. Admission is $1.
