The American Cancer Society has hired Judy Lippman as community relationship manager. She previously worked as assistant executive director for special programs at Campfire USA and holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Eastern Washington University.

The Coeur d’Alene office of Century 21 Beutler & Associates has hired Fern Deilke as a real estate agent. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and an Accredited Buyers Representative. Deilke previously worked at Coldwell Banker.

Michelle Fox-Jackman has been hired as a Web producer for the interactive department of Miller.Whiterunkle. She previously worked at the National Tribal Development Association on the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation in Montana and holds a degree in geography from Dartmouth College.

Debbie Zak has been hired as a sales associate in the Post Falls office of Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty. She previously worked in commercial printing sales.

Terri Butler has been hired as a technology commercialization manager in the office of intellectual property administration of Washington State University. She holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Washington Trust Bank has hired Thomas McLaughlin as vice president, real estate loan officer for the Income Property group. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University and has 12 years of experience in the banking industry.

Leslie Britz has been hired as manager of marketing and Web communications in the marketing department of Northwest Farm Credit Services. She holds a degree in marketing and management from Eastern Washington University and previously worked at WhiteRunkle.

Tami Moyer has been hired at Lake City Surgeons, the Laser & Vein Center and Reflections Med Spas as director of nursing. She is a registered nurse and is a graduate of North Idaho College.

Thomas, Dean & Hoskins has hired David Conners as a survey party chief. He has over 20 years of experience as a surveyor.

Brian Perry has been hired as a senior software engineer at Telect. He previously worked at Itron and Itronix and is a graduate of Eastern Washington University.

PROMOTED

Stan Hilbert has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer at Telect. He has been with the company since 1999 and is a certified public accountant who holds a degree in business administration.

The Mustard Seed Management Company has promoted Michael Sherman to general manager of Noodle Express in Hayden, Idaho. He previously worked as the restaurant’s assistant manager.

Nancy Hadley has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. She is a financial consultant in the Sandpoint office of D.A. Davidson & Co. and has been with the company since 2001.

Jay Jordan has been awarded the 2006 Mountain Regional Franchisee of the Year Award at IHOP’s National Franchise Conference. Jordan is the owner of four IHOP Restaurants in Spokane, Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene.

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories has received a Washington State Quality Award.

Matt Engels has been appointed to the Tourism Advisory Council of the Washington Department of Community Trade and Economic Development. He is vice president, hotel operations for Red Lion Hotels Corp.
