Food to go

» Boy Scouts have dropped off plastic bags to be filled with nonperishable food items and picked up today. Filled bags can be set outside on porches and will be picked up between 9 a.m. and noon today.

» Needed items include tuna, beans, vegetables, soups, chili, pasta, rice, peanut butter and macaroni and cheese. All donations will be given to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

» If you slept in or forgot to put your bag outside, you may drop off your donations at United Paint and Coatings at 19011 E. Cataldo Ave. Call 325-4562 for more information.
