FEATURE CREATURE
After you meet this delightful, adorable cat, you’ll want to get yourself a Fish Biscuit, too. This older kitty is super-friendly and very mellow. He is a bit skittish around the incessant yapping of nearby dogs, but once isolated in a quiet room he becomes very loving and thoughtful. His tail also puffs up when you pet him, a clear sign of kindness.
Fish Biscuit loves to be picked up and carried around. He’s quite comfortable being held and would love to be carried right out of the shelter with you.
Anyone interested in adopting Fish Biscuit or other animals can visit the SCRAPS shelter at 2521 N. Flora Road, call the shelter at 477-2532 or visit the Web at www.spokanecounty.org/animal.
Cats cost $55.68 to adopt, which includes a license, neutering, vaccinations, a microchip implant and a trip to the veterinarian.
