Hearing scheduled on land-use proposals

The Spokane Plan Commission has scheduled a public hearing on Wednesday for two changes to the city’s comprehensive plan. The hearings will begin at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Property owner Glen Cloninger is seeking land-use change from single-family residential use to apartment uses for parcels at 2203 and 2213 E. 29th Ave.

In the other proposal, T&G Properties is seeking a change to apartment use for parcels from the 7700 block to the 7800 block on the west side of North Crestline Avenue.
