River forum planned for Thursday

The Spokesman-Review will host a public forum on Thursday for anyone interested in saving the health and vitality of the Spokane River. The session will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at CenterPlace at Mirabeau Point Park, a half mile west of Spokane Valley Mall.
