OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Christopher L. Adamson – 34, Hayden, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Jason W. Allison – 23, Coeur d’Alene, felony malicious injury to property, $5,000 bond.

Quintin K. Ellison – 35, Post Falls, probation violation/possession of controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

William D. Steinpreis – 56, Kingston, probation violation/felony driving under the influence (two counts), $40,000 bond.

Leann L. Thomas – 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Collin M. Bean – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), $5,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

Alexander Delaney-Weathers – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 10 days in jail.

Daryl E. Hemmerich – 50, Hayden, domestic battery, disturbing the peace, violation of a protection order (two counts), $2,500 bond.

Michael E. Kieca – 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), eight days in jail.

Tasha N. Larsen – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Damon J. Martinez – 31, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Ryan A. Ortivez – 20, Plummer, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Sara R. Phelps – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, providing false information to law enforcement, 19 days in jail.

Corbin M. Schmehl – 26, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Angela R. Thompson – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Darren R. Tolar – 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting/obstructing officers, 10 days in jail.

Jason D. White – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, 10 days in jail.
