Monica Hampton: “We already have plans to fly somewhere, so no. We’re not driving anywhere.”

John Brennan: “Not specifically, but I will change the way I live. Not only because of the price of gas but because of global warming.”

John Smith: “No. We are going down to Gresham, Ore., for a church conference and will celebrate our 49th anniversary on the Oregon coast.”

John Mifflin: “I don’t think I’ll be able to do the things I was planning. I paid $3.02 yesterday.”

Delores “Dee” Lorenz: “Probably not. I’ll drive just in the local area. I’ll probably fuss a little more every time I go to the pump.”
