16-year-old boy still missing, needs medication

A 16-year-old boy is still being sought by family, and Spokane police who are worried because he isn’t getting required medication.

The youth, Dwayne J. Tolbert, is black, 5-foot-2, weighs 130 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair and has a pierced left ear. He goes by the nickname DJ.

He hasn’t been seen or heard from since he left his southeast Spokane home about 6 p.m. Thursday He had only one dose of the medicine he must take three times a day, police said.

Relatives believe that he ran away from home.

Anyone who has information about Tolbert is asked to call 911.
