Description: A program of Lutheran Community Services Northwest providing 24-hour help to victims of crime and their families. The Victims Rights Response Team of the Center is the crisis unit offering free legal and medical advocacy, crisis response, support groups, information and referral, and education services for children and adults who have experienced, witnessed or are otherwise impacted by any crime.
