Free photos help ID children

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

Parents can obtain free, standardized, high-quality digital images of their children for a digital ID system that has been called the first step in the Amber Alert.

The digital ID event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon April 21 at Gonzaga University during the March of Dimes Walk-America. Using a system called Managing Information on Lost Kids, it involves a digital photo, which is provided to parents.

The event is sponsored by the Farmers Agents of Spokane.
