Thanks to all Red Hatters
We loved the pictures and coverage that you gave the Red Hat Rendezvous (March 31 Your Voice, Valley edition.) However the paper neglected to give credit to the Red Hat clubs and the sponsors who organized this event.
It took 50 ladies nine months to organize this event. They started last July and invested hundreds of hours to make this event a success. The three hosting clubs were: The Broadway Court Dollies, Home Instead Marvelous Mavens and The Valley Red Hots. The corporate sponsors for this even were Home Instead Marvelous Mavens, Broadway Court Estates and the Spokane Valley Senior Center.
The tickets for the Red Hat Rendezvous held at CenterPlace were sold out in January to 330 Red Hat Ladies who represent 38 clubs. These clubs were from all over Spokane County as well as clubs from Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Seattle and Lolo, Mont. Our phones were flooded the first of the week asking if we could send them a copy of the article in the paper because it was not in their Spokesman supplement.
We would like a “thank you” to go out to all of the Red Hatters who made this event possible and to all of the area-wide Red Hat clubs who made our event such a great success. Our overall feedback was extremely positive and we look forward to hosting another rendezvous next year.
