Liberty Lake Police Blotter

From Staff Reports The Spokesman-Review

The Liberty Lake police reports for the week ending April 12 included the following:

Four people were allegedly caught with marijuana in Liberty Lake last week, making pot possession the most common crime of the week other than speeding, that is, driving too fast. Drivers were most likely to get a traffic ticket on Country Vista Drive.

John Michael Judge, 40, of Greenacres, was cited for allegedly possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, a gross misdemeanor. Citations for misdemeanor drug possession and driving with an invalidated license were also issued when police stopped Judge April 12 near the intersection of County Vista Drive and Legacy Ridge Drive.

Kenneth James Dean, 44, of Coeur d’Alene was cited April 9 for alleged marijuana possession during a traffic stop where eastbound Interstate 90 meets Harvard Road. Dean was also cited for driving with an invalidated license.

Two teenagers, whose names and ages were redacted, were cited Friday for misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia possession in the 1800 block of South Idaho Road.
