In brief: Crafters sought for EVHS fair
The East Valley High School band boosters are looking for crafters to enter a fair that will benefit the band program. This is the second year of the craft fair, and the group is looking to expand its size.
About 40 crafters participated in the fair last year. Planners of the fair try to focus on handmade items to preserve the feeling of local attraction. Booths in last year’s fair included handmade jewelry and beading.
Booth space is available for a $55. In order to rent a space, interested vendors should contact Inge Arbacauskas at arboclan@comcast.net or at 226-1222.
The craft fair is scheduled Dec. 1-2 at the high school. There will be a $1 charge for public admission.
