Secret Witness seeking fugitive

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that results in the capture of a fugitive wanted for methamphetamine possession. Kenneth Mark MacDonald’s 14-year-criminal record includes mostly convictions for crimes of deception. He lied about his name during a May 27 traffic stop.

Despite his best efforts, his identity was discovered, as was the methamphetamine in his possession. He now has a felony warrant out for his arrest.

MacDonald is a twin who is 5 feet inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes, and last gave 525 W. Sinto, No. 38, as his home address.

Persons with information regarding his whereabouts should call Secret Witness 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward, but should leave a code name or number with the operator. Secret Witness is a civilian organization that pays cash rewards for information that solves Spokane area crimes. It is not affiliated with law enforcement.

Burglary, assault suspect sought

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information resulting in the capture of a fugitive wanted for breaking into a West Central Spokane home, assaulting the female tenant and stealing cash from her pocketbook.

Michael D. Skinner was one of two men who broke into the home on Aug. 3. Both suspects were armed with handguns and the female was struck in the back of the head, possibly with a pistol.

Skinner is a 35-year-old black male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and last gave 2332 W. College Ave. as his address.

Skinner now has outstanding arrest warrants charging him with first-degree burglary and assault. He is a known gang member with an extensive criminal history that includes convictions for assault, possession of stolen property, obstructing, possession and delivery of controlled substances, violation of court orders, probation violations and misdemeanor traffic offenses.
