Man charged after girlfriend cut

A Spokane man was arrested near Shadle Park on Wednesday night after an argument ended with his girlfriend being sliced in the scalp.

Police responded to the 4700 block of North Elgin Street after reports that a woman was cut in the head, said Officer Jennifer DeRuwe.

Dennis A. Tindal, 43, was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and domestic violence.
